copy_files_to_archive(directory_to_transfer, ...)	Copy files from a directory to an archive, optionally compressing the archive.
copy_h5_files(src, dst)	Copies all .h5 files from the source directory to the destination directory, preserving the directory structure.
export_database(df)	Export the project database to an archive directory.
